Daria Werbowy is on the cover of Vogue Australia's June issue. She looks gorgeous on the cover wearing an eye popping Balmain jacket. As for the styling in the editorail they kept it chic and simple.

The Met Gala 2012: Best Dressed

Now on to my list of best dressed at the Met Gala 2012. I put a few pictures together of my favorite outfits of the night. Starting with Rooney Mara in this black Givenchy dress. I love everything from the hair to makeup.

Here are my favorite black dresses of the night. Renee Zellweger  in this backless Emilio Pucci number. Marion Cotillard in a gorgeous black and purple Dior. The always elegant Cate Blanchett in Alexander McQueen. And Gisele looked great in Givenchy.

These are my favorite metallic dresses. Camilla Belle's dress from Ralph Lauren is so chic. Lana Del Rey looked amazing in Altuzarra. Although, the cape is too Gwyneth Paltrow at the Oscar's. I love Bianca's gold Dolce & Gabbana dress. Karolina almost made my worst dressed list wearing that awful headpiece but aside from that her Rachel Zoe dress it to die for.

And finally the best short dresses of the night go to Gwyneth Paltrow, Carey Mulligan, and Kate Bosworth. All three in Prada. Emma Stone didn't wow me with her red Lanvin dress but she still looked really cute and had to make my list.

The Met Gala 2012: Worst Dressed

I thought it would be fun to do a post on the worst dressed ladies at the Meta Gala 2012. Especially with so  many people looking  terrible this year. Starring with Florence Welch in Alexander McQueen and Leighton Meester in Marchesa. I love Sarah Jessica Parker but her Valentino number just did not work. Elizabeth Bank's dress is just to awful for words. Alexa Chung and Kristen Stewart looked terrible. Coco Rocha looked insane and not in a good way in vintage Givenchy. Heidi Klum just looked cheap in her lace Escada dress. But my top choice for worst dress has to go to Beyonce. Where do I start? It's tacky, ill fitting, and over the top.

The Black Keys & Arctic Monkeys In Concert

I've been looking forward to seeing The Black Keys in concert for months and I finally got to see them last Wednesday. I have been a huge fan of theirs for years and I'm so happy to see them making it big. They were awesome playing a lot of their new songs but also some old tunes. The highlight of their set was when they played "Girl Is On My Mind" and "I Got Mine" as their closing song. Opening for them were the Arctic Monkeys. This is the second time I've seen the Monkeys live and I think this time they were even better than  the first. They played songs from all their albums but my favorite part of their set was when they closed with "R U Mine". I was so excited and happy to see two of my favorite bands in one gig. Here are some pics I took of the concert.

I'm excited to see that Daria has covered yet another magazine. This time she is on the cover of Canadian magazine Glow. She also did an editorial for the issue. The styling is quite simple but Daria looks so beautiful and natural that it just works for me.

Record Store Day 2012

Today is the fifth annual Record Store Day. And as a music fan I had to go out and support my local independent record store. I got there a bit late and most of the goodies were already gone. But I did manage to snag the last of the Arctic Monkeys 7 inch single for "R U Mine" that also has the exclusive track "Electricity" to go along with it. Here is a pic I took of some of the stuff I got.

Abbey Lee in Bloom Forth

This editorial is taken from Vogue China's May issue. And it is the perfect editorial to get me in the mood for summer. I like the beautiful flower print dresses and minimal makeup that Abbey is wearing. It gives an effortlessness vibe to the ed that I tend to gravitate towards.

Music and Fashion at Coachella 2012

I was sadly not at Coachella but I did get to see some good acts thanks to Youtube. They streamed the festival  live on Coachella's channel through the weekend. I caught sets by Radiohead, The Black Keys, At the Drive In, Arctic Monkeys, Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg, and Santigold. This festival always attracts a lot of celebrities so I decided to put some pictures together of the most fashionable ladies at Coachella. I love Dree Hemingway's Dolce & Gabbana outfit although the shoes are not practical for a festival. Kate looked great with a mini dress paired with wellies and a practical anorak.
