I'm excited to see that Daria has covered yet another magazine. This time she is on the cover of Canadian magazine Glow. She also did an editorial for the issue. The styling is quite simple but Daria looks so beautiful and natural that it just works for me.

Record Store Day 2012

Today is the fifth annual Record Store Day. And as a music fan I had to go out and support my local independent record store. I got there a bit late and most of the goodies were already gone. But I did manage to snag the last of the Arctic Monkeys 7 inch single for "R U Mine" that also has the exclusive track "Electricity" to go along with it. Here is a pic I took of some of the stuff I got.

This editorial is taken from Vogue China's May issue. And it is the perfect editorial to get me in the mood for summer. I like the beautiful flower print dresses and minimal makeup that Abbey is wearing. It gives an effortlessness vibe to the ed that I tend to gravitate towards.

Music and Fashion at Coachella 2012

I was sadly not at Coachella but I did get to see some good acts thanks to Youtube. They streamed the festival  live on Coachella's channel through the weekend. I caught sets by Radiohead, The Black Keys, At the Drive In, Arctic Monkeys, Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg, and Santigold. This festival always attracts a lot of celebrities so I decided to put some pictures together of the most fashionable ladies at Coachella. I love Dree Hemingway's Dolce & Gabbana outfit although the shoes are not practical for a festival. Kate looked great with a mini dress paired with wellies and a practical anorak.

I like this snapshot Tommy Ton of  Jak and Jil took of Taylor in Paris during fashion week. I adore her killer heels! And I like the way she mixed different patterns on her outfit.

Neon Indian & Friends in Concert

Last night I saw Neon Indian and Friends in concert. They played at Urban Lounge in Salt Lake City. This is the second time I've seen Neon. The first time was about two years ago when they opened for the band Phoenix. The opener for this show was Friends an indie band  from Brooklyn who I discovered that night at the show. And Neon were great making me dance throughout their set. Sadly, I forgot my digital camera and had to settle for taking these pics with my phone. I had a great time and my terrible hangover was definitely worth it :)

Joan not only covered Australian Vogue's May edition of the magazine but she also has this amazing  editorial inside the issue. I just love the feminine styling from the Dolce & Gabbana dress to the Burberry Prorsum number that was also used for the cover.

These two make the most stylish pair. I absolutely adore their sense of style. Geraldine always looks amazing in her Isabel Marant over the knee boots that I have been lusting over for a long time.Wearing a simple black blazer and jean combo with a scarf. And Emmanuelle always consistent with her chic personal style.
